Lanzarote
Surf Club Celeste, Calle del Marajo, Costa Teguise

Fuerteventura
Conditions along the coast and the strait between Corralejo and Lanzarote are ideal. The Ventura Windsor School. - Tel: 00 34 928866295 is one of several in the area.

Gran Canaria
The windsurfing possibillities on Gran Canaria are good. You can go to Maspalomas at the lighthouse (faro), but the better areas are Bahía Feliz and Juan Grande. Pozo Izquierdo is by far the best, but this is for experts only.

Sports & Activities in Tenerife

If lying on a sun bed by the beach is not your idea of holiday action, then you do not really have to look far to find some stimulation. The ocean is without doubt the arena where most daytime activities are centred, and with sports like wind- surfing, surfboarding, scuba-diving, parasailing, jet skiing and water skiing all being available, there really is no reason to be bored.

There are several fully equipped gymnasiums with trainers on hand to coach you through a workout, mountain bike trails and quad biking provides for a more physical activity, whereas fishing, golfing and bowling are there for those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere.

With 5 championship golf courses within 15 minutes drive of Las Americas, Tenerife is fast becoming a golfers paradise. All courses lap the Atlantic Ocean and some extend as far as 300 metres above sea level. There are several tennis clubs in the south of Tenerife, and most of the hotels also have courts for the guests use.
